WALKER REGISTRATION

  • Walker registration for youth (age 11-15) and adult (age 16 and up) includes a free t-shirt while supplies last.
  • Registration for children age 10 and younger does not include a t-shirt, but you can purchase a t-shirt. 
  • T-shirts are only guaranteed for registrations and pre-orders made by August 30th. 
  • There will be a limited amount of t-shirts at the event.
  • Walkers who register after Aug 30th and at the event will receive a free t-shirt while supplies last, but you are not guaranteed a t-shirt
  • All t-shirts can be picked up at the event.
  • All walkers will need to check in at the event and sign a liability waiver. 
  • All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Come walk with us as we raise money for Boxes of Hope which is a breast cancer nonprofit organization located in Lock Haven, PA!

Walk in honor of, or in memory of, a breast cancer warrior, or for your own breast cancer journey! 

Everyone will walk the paved 1/2 mile loop in Riverview Park which is wheelchair accessible! Walk as many laps as you like. 

There will be craft vendors, and other activities. This will be an event for the entire family!

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

  • Volunteers must be age 16 or older. 
  • Volunteers will need to check in at the event and sign a liability waiver.
  • Volunteers may purchase an event shirt through the pre-order. A limited number of shirts will be for sale at the event.

Register by Sept 10th to be guaranteed to be listed in printed material. 

FRIENDS OF BOXES OF HOPE LEVEL – $50

  • Name listed on social media, website, and on a sign at the event.
  • Name listed on flier put in swag bag given to each registered walker.

BRONZE LEVEL – $100

  • Name listed on social media, website, and at the event.
  • Name listed on back of event t-shirt in a 15 pt. font size.
  • Business card sized ad listed on a sign at the event, and on the flier put in the swag bag given to each registered walker. 

SILVER LEVEL – $250

  • Name listed on social media, website, and at the event.
  • Name listed on back of event t-shirt in a 25 pt. font.
  • 4×6 inch ad listed on a sign at the event.
  • 4×6 inch ad listed on flier put in swag bag given to each registered walker.

GOLD LEVEL – $500

  • Name listed on social media, website, and at the event.
  • Logo listed on back of event t-shirt in a 40 pt. font.
  • 8×11 inch ad listed on a sign at the event.
  • 8×11 inch ad put in swag bag given to each registered walker.
  • You may also provide business cards and pens or other advertisement material to put in the swag bag given to each registered walker.
  • Verbal mention at event.

VENDOR REGISTRATION

  • Be a vendor at our walkathon to raise money for Boxes of Hope!
  • MLM businesses (ex: Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.) will be limited to one per business in order to allow a wide variety of vendors. You may email [email protected] to see if your type of business is already registered before you register.
  • Vendor is responsible to provide their own tables, chairs, canopy, etc. 
  • Vendors will receive an additional email with all the information they will need for the event.
  • Food vendors will need to be able to provide their own power source because electricity availability will be extremely limited at the park.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

PRE-ORDER ADDITIONAL T-SHIRTS

The registration fee for youth walkers age 11-15, and adult walkers age 16 and up includes one free walkathon t-shirt.

Registrations for children age 10 and younger do not include a t-shirt. You can purchase walkathon t-shirts for children through the pre-order. 

You can purchase additional walkathon t-shirts of any size through the pre-order. 

August 30th is the last day to pre-order a walkathon t-shirt. 

We will have a limited amount of walkathon shirts at the event.

Registrations after August 30th will receive a free t-shirt while supplies last but you won’t be guaranteed a t-shirt. We highly recommend pre-ordering by Aug 30th.

All walkathon t-shirts can be picked up at the check-in booth at the event.
